HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nacha has named Jennifer Stokley, J.D., APRP, to the position of General Counsel. Stokley will join Nacha’s Executive Management Team where, among other duties, she will provide guidance for the legal foundation associated with the development, maintenance and enforcement of the Nacha Operating Rules.
