Katy Ringeman Named President Of Relation’s Select Division

Former COO Assumes Greater Leadership Role, Focuses On Performance

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) announced today the promotion of Katy Ringeman to the position of President of Relation Select. Relation Select is Relation’s business unit focused on serving small commercial and personal lines insurance clients.

Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Relation Select, Ringeman will assume expanded responsibilities in her new role, leading the Relation Select division in strategy, creating and executing tactical growth plans, and seamlessly integrating acquisitions to leverage scale, drive growth, and create a common culture.

Ringeman has been in the industry her whole life. She grew up in her family’s insurance agency and formally began her insurance career in claims with Nationwide in Sacramento after graduating Summa Cum Laude from NC State University. In 2002, she opened her own scratch agency which ultimately combined with her family's agency in 2016 to create Hiller Ringeman Insurance. They completed more than 30 acquisitions and earned the All-Star title five years consecutively before partnering with Relation in December of 2020.

As a mother of three young daughters, Ringeman hones her skills in the art of negotiation and multi-tasking daily. She has served as President of the Junior League of Winston-Salem and Professional Women of Winston-Salem, and has held board positions with the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce and Kernersville YMCA.
