Industry Veteran Melissa Palmer Joins One Inc as Senior Vice President of Delivery

In this role, she will lead the development and management of the company's service delivery strategy and execution for its U.S. business. She will report directly to CEO Ian Drysdale.

Palmer brings over 25 years of experience building high-performance teams and delivering exceptional customer value. Before joining One Inc, she held various roles at Zenith American Solutions, including Senior Vice President of Client Delivery, Chief of Staff, and Senior Vice President of Business Transformation. Prior to working at Zenith American Solutions, Palmer was with Xerox for 13 years, leading their Project Management practice and Service Center Operations.
