Lifting of Share Suspension

Following the publication of its 2022 Annual Report and audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 and the related announcement on 5 May 2023, AltynGold announces that the suspension of the Company's ordinary shares from the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority has been lifted, and trading of the shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange restored, with effect from 7.30 am on 9 May 2023.
