Magnit Announces Appointment of New CEO

Teresa Carroll, 30-year accomplished industry executive and independent board member, to become CEO of Magnit

BURLINGAME, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magnit, the industry-leading Integrated Workforce Management (IWM) platform provider, today announced that Kevin Akeroyd, Chief Executive Officer of Magnit, will be replaced by Teresa Carroll, a Magnit independent board member and accomplished industry executive. Carroll joined the Magnit Board in September 2021. Previously, Carroll spent nearly three decades at workforce management company Kelly Services, where she served as President of Global Talent Solutions. During the COVID-19 crisis, Carroll served as President of Oasis | a Paychex Company, where she was responsible for leading and integrating what had been several companies to form a market leading professional employer organization (“PEO”).
