Travelers Institute® to Host Cybersecurity Symposium in Portland, Oregon

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Travelers Institute, the public policy division of The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRV), will host its in-person Cyber: Prepare, Prevent, Mitigate, Restore^® symposium Monday, April 17, in Portland. The sold-out event, which is part of a national series, promotes dialogue and education around helping businesses prepare for, and respond to, cyber incidents.

The event, which will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. PST at the Multnomah Athletic Club, will feature opening remarks from Martin Golden, District Director of the Portland District Office for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Theresa Masse, Cybersecurity State Coordinator and Advisor, Region 10 at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and Thomas Wilder, Protective Security Advisor, Region 10 at CISA, will provide a keynote address.

The event will close with a panel moderated by Woodward that will include Masse, as well as Tim Francis, Vice President, Enterprise Cyber Lead at Travelers, and Jennifer Coughlin, Partner at Mullen Coughlin.
