Labor and Employment Lawyer Heather Dillion Joins Dorsey

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Heather Dillion has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Labor and Employment practice group in its Southern California office, the international law firm announced today.

“California is a key market for serving our clients in employment law matters, and Heather Dillion is an excellent addition to our team to meet the growing demand for sophisticated and strategic counsel,” said Bill Stoeri, Managing Partner of Dorsey & Whitney.

Heather advises clients on workplace law compliance matters, tailoring policies for their individual business needs. She also advises clients on pre-litigation claims and defends clients in litigation. She works to understand her clients’ goals to minimize risk, limit financial impact, and achieve the best outcome – whether defending claims involving employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, or wage and hour violations.

Prior to devoting her practice to employment law, the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” honoree gained experience across a range of business law areas and industries, which she applies to a variety of workplace law issues.

“I am incredibly honored to join Dorsey, which is such a vibrant law firm,” said Heather. “I look forward to teaming with its exceptional attorneys and growing the labor and employment department.”

Heather joins Dorsey from Jackson Lewis’ Orange County, California office. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from the University of Southern California.
