NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Toews Asset Management (Toews) announces plans to transfer the listing of Toews Agility Shares™ Dynamic Tactical Income (THY) and Toews Agility Shares™ Managed Risk (MRSK), exchanged-traded funds (“ETF”), managed by Toews from Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. to The New York Stock Exchange. The transfer is expected to occur on or about 4/24/2023. No shareholder action is expected because of this change, nor is the transfer expected to affect the trading of fund shares.
