MERCIALYS (Paris:MERY) will be holding its ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ general meeting on Thursday April 27, 2023 at 10 am (CET), at the #Cloud Business Center, 10 bis rue du Quatre-Septembre in Paris (75002), France.

This general meeting is being called to approve the accounts for the fiscal year 2022.

The meeting notice was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on March 20, 2023 and includes the agenda, the draft resolutions and the main terms of participation and voting at this general meeting.

The meeting summon will be published in the BALO on April 7, 2023.
