Sigal Zarmi Joins Global Atlantic’s Board of Directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Atlantic Financial Group (“Global Atlantic”), a leading insurance company meeting the retirement and life insurance needs of individuals and institutions, today announced Sigal Zarmi has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

“Sigal’s breadth of experience and perspective in building world-class technology organizations, driving large-scale data transformations, and navigating dynamic operating environments will be a tremendous asset to our company and Board of Directors,” said Allan Levine, Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Atlantic.

Ms. Zarmi currently serves as Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group and is on the boards of ADT Inc. (NYSE: ADT), HashiCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCP) and GoDaddy, Inc. (NYSE: GDDY). She was formerly the International Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Zarmi was Vice Chairman, Global and U.S. Chief Information Officer of PwC. Before that, she was the Chief Information Officer of GE Capital Americas, where she spent 18 years in various executive technology and operations leadership positions.
