Impact Property Solutions Launches New Location in Charlotte, North Carolina to Bolster its Carolinas Footprint

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Impact Property Solutions (“Impact”), a Dallas, TX-based portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital (“Blue Sage”), is proud to announce the opening of its Charlotte, NC branch. The new location is in the heart of the Charlotte and readily accessible to all multifamily and student housing assets in the metropolitan area.

This announcement comes on the heels of Impact’s June 2022 acquisition of Multi Floors, which covers Raleigh-Durham and the broader east North Carolina area, and Impact’s September 2021 acquisition of Got You Floored in the Piedmont-Triad region. Impact’s opening of Charlotte showcases continued growth and the commitment to all of North Carolina.

Impact also has locations in all major Texas markets and Orlando, Jacksonville, and Gainesville, Florida. Impact’s presence in the Sun Belt as a leading multifamily flooring solutions provider with 11 locations will continue to grow, both organically and inorganically.

Kerry Jones, CEO of Impact Property Solutions commented “The opening of Impact’s new Charlotte locations represents our sixth market to enter in the last 18 months. We made a commitment to our customers that Impact would provide the highest quality multifamily flooring installation not just in our original Texas markets, but across the Sun Belt, and the Impact team continues to deliver on that promise.”

“We are very excited about opening in Charlotte, NC. The opportunities for growth in the Charlotte area are outstanding,” commented General Manager, Ken Schwertner, who is overseeing the Charlotte launch and operations.

Blue Sage Capital initially invested in Impact at the end of 2020. Since then, Blue Sage has supported the strengthening of the Texas platform and three acquisitions across the Sun Belt. Impact is continuing to seek add-on acquisition targets who offer similar or complementary services in new markets.
