Dorsey Continues Phoenix Growth Adding Leading Real Estate Attorneys Ryan Rosensteel and Ken Downey

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryan Rosensteel and Ken Downey have joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP in the Real Estate practice group in Phoenix, the international law firm announced today. The additions continue to strengthen the Phoenix office and its national Real Estate practice.

Ryan and Ken join Dorsey from Transaction Law Group and concentrate their practices on commercial leasing, real estate purchases and sales, real estate financing, real estate development, and construction and design contracts. Their clients include publicly traded REITs, privately held real estate investment firms, national and regional developers, and retail, industrial, and office tenants.
