FrameworkESG Joins Morrow Sodali

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Morrow Sodali, the global stakeholder engagement and ESG consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of FrameworkESG, a specialty consulting firm that provides data-driven analysis and expertise to help clients reduce ESG risk, build trust and create long-term value for stakeholders. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
