SierraConstellation Partners Announced as Winner of the 17th Annual Turnaround Awards

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 17^th Annual Turnaround Awards. SierraConstellation Partners (“SCP”) was named a winner for the Sale of the Year (over $100MM) for their work on the sale of The One in Bel Air. The awards will be presented at a black-tie awards gala on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach, Fla.

The property, which was once expected to become America’s most expensive home, went into bankruptcy in October 2021. After the property was placed into bankruptcy, Larry Perkins and SCP were brought in to manage the sale of the property for the owners. The One was sold for $141 million at auction.
