Summit Park Completes Majority Recapitalization of United Structural Systems

CHARLOTTE, N.C. & NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Summit Park is pleased to announce that it has led a majority recapitalization of United Structural Systems (“USS” or the “Company”), a provider of foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and basement waterproofing services. The recapitalization also includes Titan Products (“Titan”), a sister company of USS that manufactures and distributes foundation repair and related products to service companies throughout the country.

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, USS provides foundation repair, crawl space repair, and basement waterproofing services to residential homeowners in Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, and Northern Alabama, as well as to commercial customers throughout the United States. The Company enjoys a strong reputation in its markets, which was built over its 25+ year history of helping customers resolve critical issues in their homes with consistent, high-quality work.
