GUARDIAN RFID Unveils Academy Unlimited to Help Corrections Professionals Build Expert Competency with All Company Products and Solutions

Brand-new virtual learning platform features dozens of online, self-paced training videos led by a team of Academy trainers.

MAPLE GROVE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GUARDIAN RFID, the global leader in officer experience platforms (OXPs) and inmate tracking systems, today announces the unveiling of Academy Unlimited, its all-new virtual learning platform.

With staff turnover at an all-time high, and correctional facilities struggling with recruitment and understaffing nationally, it’s imperative that online, self-paced learning is accessible and affordable for facilities of all sizes.

“As facilities nationwide grapple with officer recruitment and turnover, we wanted to provide additional professional development resources to train and onboard new team members in a quick, accessible, and enjoyable way,” said Ken Dalley, Chief Warrior, GUARDIAN RFID. “We know that strong officer training can positively impact facility safety, and these tools demonstrate our commitment to helping every officer get home safe.”

Academy Unlimited is a subscription-based service that features dozens of video lessons focused on building expert-level competency on all GUARDIAN RFID products and solutions. A subscription provides unlimited user access to the entire Academy Unlimited library from any Internet-connected device.

Currently available lessons include, but are not limited to:

  • How to Build Shift Logs and Inmate Log Reports
  • How to Use Inmate Log Reports for Investigative Purposes
  • How to Log Recreation
