First Republic Bank Announces Redemption of 1.912% Senior Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes Due 2024

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC) announced today that it has given notice of its intention to redeem in full the $500 million outstanding principal amount of its 1.912% Senior Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes due 2024 (CUSIP No. 33616C HQ6) (the “Notes”) on February 12, 2023. The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to the sum of 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes and any accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, February 12, 2023.

First Republic Bank has instructed The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., the fiscal and paying agent for the Notes, to distribute a notice of redemption to all holders of the Notes. Copies of the applicable notice of redemption and additional information relating to the procedure for the redemption of the Notes may be obtained from The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. by calling 1-800-254-2826.
