A veteran health policy and legislative professional, Bath brings nearly two decades of experience in health care policy, most recently as Health Policy Director for the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) for eight years.

His practice focuses particularly on commercial market health insurance coverage and reimbursement, federal public health agencies—including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)—and preparedness.
