UKG Ranked Highest in Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises Report for North American Midmarket Use Case for Seventh Straight Year

UKG is the only HCM provider with two suites in the Gartner Critical Capabilities report

LOWELL, Mass. & WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions for all people, today announced that, for the seventh consecutive year, the UKG Pro full-suite HCM solution received the highest overall score for North American Midmarket Use Case in the 2022 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises report. Both UKG Pro and UKG Ready are once again named in this year’s evaluation, making UKG the only HCM vendor with two suites in the report.

A Critical Capabilities document is a comparative analysis that scores competing products or services against a set of critical differentiators identified by Gartner. It shows which products or services are a best fit in various use cases to provide actionable advice on which products or services an organization should add to a vendor shortlist for further evaluation.

In the North American midmarket use case, UKG Pro received the highest overall score of 4.19/5. The Gartner report states UKG Pro also “scores highly for the core HR and talent management (global organizations), North American compliance suite 1,000-2,500 employees, and North American compliance suite 2,500+ employees use cases.” Pro is a culture-driven HCM suite for companies that prioritize diversity, trust, and belonging for their people.

“In order to meet our goal of providing every organization with the opportunity to become a great workplace, we are deeply committed to delivering the innovations and insights necessary to transform the employee experience for 2023 and beyond,” said Hugo Sarrazin, chief product and technology officer at UKG. “We will achieve this through our full-suite strategy; our modern FleX platform, which powers AI, analytics, and extensibility to enable everyone to achieve more in the flow of work; and through a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, which must be a business imperative for all organizations.”

UKG is once again the only provider with full-suite options for both enterprise organizations as well as small and mid-sized businesses to be included. UKG Ready, an all-in-one HCM suite for smaller organizations, provides “areas of functional strength including HR help desk and workforce management.”

“We have an unwavering commitment to being a Partner for Life for every customer, regardless of industry or size, by providing the tools necessary to help them succeed today and in the future,” said Chris Todd, CEO at UKG. “This recognition further affirms that our unique Life-work Technology approach combined with access to proprietary data and proven best practices from Great Place To Work provides UKG customers with the solutions and services necessary to create meaningful workplace experiences for all their people.”
