Aviation Capital Group Announces $600 Million in Unsecured Term Loan Financings

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aviation Capital Group LLC (“ACG”) announced today that it has recently entered into two unsecured term loans totaling $600 million. The first is a $300 million senior unsecured term loan with an accordion feature potentially allowing for an additional $50 million of commitments. The final maturity of this loan is in December 2027 and MUFG Bank, Ltd. acted as the Sole Lead Arranger and Book Runner for the transaction. The second is a $300 million senior unsecured term loan with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (“JBIC”).
