Southland Industries Completes Merger of Philadelphia-Based Subsidiary

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southland Industries today announced the completion of a brand consolidation with its Philadelphia-based subsidiary Burns Mechanical.

As one of the nation’s largest MEP building systems firms, the completed unification signifies Southland’s enhanced ability to leverage its combined expertise and capabilities across their various regional businesses in order to provide superior value and greater services to their clients and partners under one brand.

This integration completes the final phase of Southland’s plan to consolidate all brands by January 2023.
