Gilmore Bell Announces New Director in Wichita

WICHITA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gilmore & Bell, P.C., a leading public finance law firm, is pleased to announce that Mitch Walter has been named director in the Wichita office.

Mr. Walter has practiced law as a public finance attorney since entering the law practice in 2013 with a focus on bond and lease financings for public infrastructure, energy and health care projects. Mr. Walter received his B.S. degree (2004) and M.S. degree (2006) from Kansas State University. He received his J.D. degree (cum laude) from Washburn University School of Law in 2012.
