Trinity Life Sciences Announces the Appointment of Paul R. Lucchese as General Counsel

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trinity Life Sciences, a global leader in life sciences solutions, today announced the appointment of Paul R. Lucchese as General Counsel and a member of the executive operating committee, reporting directly to Rebecca McNamara, Trinity’s Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Operations. He will be responsible for leading Trinity’s legal operations and global compliance activities.

Mr. Lucchese has extensive experience as a General Counsel in high-growth technology-forward organizations including Aspect Software, Candela Corporation, Aternity, Inc. and EnterpriseDB. He also was the President of Outsourced General Counsel, a firm that provided cost-effective legal services to technology companies.
