Mercialys: Change in the Shareholding Structure

Mercialys (Paris:MERY) has been informed, on November 29, 2022, through a statutory disclosure threshold declaration, that Generali Vie, subsidiary of Generali group in France, has crossed the statutory thresholds of 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1% of its capital and voting rights downwards as of November 25, 2022.

Note that Generali Vie has no longer had any representative on Mercialys’ Board of Directors since July 1, 2022.
