Zoetis Announces Pricing of $1.35 Billion of Senior Notes

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zoetis Inc. (NYSE:ZTS) today announced that it has agreed to sell $1.35 billion of senior notes, consisting of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2025 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.600% senior notes due 2032, in an underwritten public offering.

Zoetis intends to use the net proceeds to repay the principal of its 3.250% senior notes due 2023 in the aggregate principal amount of $1.35 billion and the remainder, if any, for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on November 16, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.

Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and MUFG Securities Americas Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers of the underwriters.
