SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) has declared a dividend of $0.75 per share, payable on December 1, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2022.
