Piper Sandler Expands Investment Banking with the Hiring of James Reilly

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Piper Sandler Companies (NYSE: PIPR), a leading investment bank, is pleased to announce the addition of James (“Jim”) Reilly as a managing director in the Minneapolis office. He will co-lead investment banking coverage of the vehicle aftermarket.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Reilly was a managing director covering the automotive aftermarket at Lazard. He has over 10 years of investment banking experience advising public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors, on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, growth capital raises and refinancing.
