CCAGW PAC Endorses Sen. John Kennedy and Five Louisiana House Candidates

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste Political Action Committee (CCAGW PAC) announced its endorsement of Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) for re-election to the Senate and Reps. Garret Graves (R-La.), Clay Higgins (R-La.), Mike Johnson (R-La.), Julia Letlow (R-La.), and Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) for re-election to the House of Representatives.

CCAGW PAC based its endorsements on the candidates’ lifetime score in CCAGW’s 2021 Congressional Ratings.

Sen. Kennedy has a lifetime rating of 95 percent, making him a “Taxpayer Hero,” and was named a “Taxpayer Super Hero” in 2021 with a perfect score of 100 percent. Reps. Graves has a lifetime rating of 93 percent; Rep. Higgins has a lifetime rating of 94 percent; Rep. Johnson has a lifetime rating of 97 percent; and Whip Scalise has a lifetime rating of a 94 percent, making them all a lifetime “Taxpayer Hero.” Rep. Letlow has a lifetime rating of 100 percent, making her a lifetime “Taxpayer Super Hero.” Reps. Graves and Johnson, and Whip Scalise all scored a perfect 100 percent in 2021, making them a “Taxpayer Super Hero.”
