Inszone Insurance Completes Acquisition of Precision Insurance

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services: a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Precision Insurance.

Precision Insurance was opened in November of 2017 by Heather McBroom. Heather had worked at her mother’s insurance agency for 18 years, mostly in personal lines, before adding experience in the commercial side and eventually moving to a larger agency. Working for a company with a commercial clientele primarily made up of large businesses, she became very passionate about providing premier services to small businesses. She worried that the threshold to become an agent was too low and saw many of the well-educated commercial agents spending their time on larger company accounts, leaving a gap in the quality of service for the smaller businesses. She opened Precision Insurance with the intention to support small businesses in mitigating their risk and help them as their business grew, with the same attention to detail given to large companies.
