D.A. Davidson Welcomes Veteran Public Finance Investment Banker Lee White

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that the firm has strengthened its Fixed Income Capital Markets group with the addition of Lee White, a veteran public finance investment banker. White joins the firm as a Managing Director and is based in Denver.

With decades of experience leading underwritings, White holds a solid reputation and has a long history of success for his clients across many industries. His career is highlighted with deals in student housing, project finance, higher education, general government, stadiums and renewable energy. His work is represented in hundreds of buildings within Colorado and across the U.S., including Coors Field, the Denver Broncos Mile High Stadium and the Colorado Judicial Center/History Colorado Center.

In addition to advising and leading underwritings for nearly $10 billion to date, White has experience in government and as an advocate for education. He was a cabinet officer for Governor Richard Lamm serving as Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Administration and the Colorado Office of State Planning and Budget. He has provided leadership for many civic organizations, including serving on the Denver School Board and as Board Chair of Rocky Mountain Prep Charter School network. He also volunteers his time for several philanthropic and civic organizations.

White previously served as Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp. and prior to the acquisition, as Manager of the Colorado, Higher Education, and Renewable Energy businesses at George K. Baum.
