Leading White Label UCaaS Provider RingLogix Raises $3M Series A

MIAMI--()--Leading white-label UCaaS provider RingLogix received a $3M series A investment from MK Capital to strengthen its position as one of the fastest-growing software companies enabling managed service providers (MSPs) to brand and resell unified communications as a service. The global UCaaS market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 23.6% from 2021 to 2028 and reach USD $210 billion by 2028 according to Grand View Research, Inc.

Proceeds from this investment will enable the company to accelerate product innovation and the growth of its single-pane-of-glass management console, further empowering MSPs to easily deploy quality VoIP and UCaaS solutions to their customers, while also offering the potential to dramatically increase their margins. As customers of RingLogix, MSPs can effectively own the UCaaS customer relationship, while simultaneously increasing the profitability and value of their businesses.

Albert Diaz, CEO of RingLogix said, “This investment represents the next chapter in the RingLogix story. Since the company’s founding, we have proven our technology with hundreds of MSPs with very low churn rates and high levels of customer satisfaction. These investment proceeds will be used to turbocharge our product development, bringing more integrations and new solutions to help our partners expand their business and grow their profits.”

Bret Maxwell, Managing General Partner of MK Capital said, “The RingLogix investment was a natural for our firm. We have successfully invested in and aided in the growth of infrastructure software companies, as well as those who target MSPs. RingLogix was directly in our sweet spot and we feel that with the market momentum the company has, along with its superior leadership and the increasing importance of MSPs in purchasing decisions, RingLogix is well-positioned for years of rapid growth and success.”

Rich Tehrani, CEO of RT Advisors said, “I am thrilled to be, on behalf of RT Advisors and Four Points Capital Partners, LLC, the investment banker involved in this series A capital raise. Throughout the process, RingLogix demonstrated they are a company with effective product-market-fit and their management has a solid vision for the future, as well as the ability to execute. MK Capital’s understanding of the markets and long-term investment outlook makes them a natural partner for tech companies looking for more than just capital – they bring a wealth of experience to their portfolio companies which aids in faster growth and more successful exits.”
