CCAGW PAC Endorses Sen. Marco Rubio and 10 Florida House Candidates

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste Political Action Committee (CCAGW PAC) announced its endorsement of Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) for re-election to the U.S. Senate, and Reps. Gus Bilirakis (R-Fla.), Kat Cammack (R-Fla.), Byron Donalds (R-Fla.), Neal Dunn (R-Fla.), Scott Franklin (R-Fla.), Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), Carlos Gimenez (R-Fla.), Bill Posey (R-Fla.), Greg Steube (R-Fla.), and Michael Waltz (R-Fla.) for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives.

CCAGW PAC based its endorsements of the incumbents on a candidate’s lifetime score as listed in CCAGW’s 2021 Congressional Ratings.

Sen. Rubio has a lifetime rating of 93 percent. Rep. Bilirakis has a lifetime rating of 82 percent; Reps. Cammack, Donalds, and Franklin have a lifetime rating of 100 percent; Rep. Dunn has a lifetime rating of 94 percent; Reps. Gaetz and Gimenez have a lifetime rating of 92 percent; Rep. Posey has a lifetime rating of 87 percent; Rep. Steube has a lifetime rating of 99 percent; and Rep. Waltz has a lifetime rating of 90 percent. Members with a lifetime rating of 100 percent are considered a “Taxpayer Super Hero,” and those with a lifetime rating of 80-99 percent are considered a “Taxpayer Hero.”

“During their tenures in the House and Senate, Reps. Bilirakis, Cammack, Donalds, Dunn, Franklin, Gaetz, Gimenez, Posey, Steube, Waltz, and Sen.
