John Dee, CPA, CGMA will transition from Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to be appointed Chief Executive Officer and Dede Gish-Panjada, MBA will transition from Chief Consultant to be appointed Chief Operating Officer.

Ken Monroe, MBA will remain with Bostrom as Executive Chairman and Randy Lindner, CAE will transition from President to Vice Chairman and retain the role of CEO of the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) to ensure a smooth transition of his client and corporate responsibilities. “As we look to the future, I believe these changes within our leadership team will bring new perspectives and experiences that will maintain our continued growth and deliver even greater value for our customers, employees and partners,” said John Dee. “I’m incredibly grateful for the leadership and partnership I’ve shared with Ken and Randy working together to position us to get to this point.”

“After 24 years as Bostrom’s CEO, it is extremely fulfilling, and a source of pride and optimism, to see our culture and business thriving, knowing the commitment and hard work required to get us here,” said Ken Monroe. “We started our succession planning process several years ago while building a strong foundation for growth. A year ago, our senior management team finalized a new strategic plan to run parallel with the detailed succession plan required to write a new chapter in Bostrom’s 90-year history. Randy and I are fully aligned with John, and now is the right time for a new leadership team to ensure that Bostrom remains on a strong trajectory and in an excellent position in the marketplace.”

“John is the right leader for Bostrom,” said Randy Lindner, President. “John’s extensive non-profit management background and business acumen will help Bostrom strengthen partnerships, develop strategic alliances, and expand our association professional services presence. We believe his strong leadership experience will help focus Bostrom to continue its growth while staying true to the incredible culture we’ve built together.”
