Independent auditors examined SoftServe’s customer data protection activities and determined that SoftServe upholds its commitment to customers and partners to safeguard data in the scope of provided engineering services.

According to the AICPA, achieving a successful SOC 2 Type 1 examination “...provides reasonable assurance that the service organization's principal service commitments and system requirements were achieved based on the applicable trust services criteria.”

Specifically, a SOC 2 Type 1 report examines how specific controls assure that service commitments meet the trust service criteria of: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy.
