Andersen Welcomes Richard Larkins to US National Tax Practice

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen welcomes Richard Larkins to its US National Tax practice as a Managing Director in the Washington, D.C. office. Richard has more than 30 years of experience in both government and private practice and extensive experience in the taxation of financial products and transactions.

Richard joins Andersen after serving as a Partner at Ernst & Young for 18 years. He was also a principal in the Office of Federal Tax Services of Arthur Andersen LLP, and worked as a Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General in the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and as an Attorney-Advisor in the IRS Chief Counsel's office.
