Humana Hiring 300 Seasonal Remote Positions

Company recruiting candidates nationwide to support fall Medicare Annual Election Period

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leading health and well-being company Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced it is looking to hire about 300 seasonal Enrollment Representatives for nationwide work-from-home positions.

Humana’s Medicare Enrollment Representatives respond to inquiries from current and prospective members seeking to enroll in a 2023 Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan. They also review and process member applications.

These seasonal employees will serve for six months or less through the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan open enrollment window, which runs Oct. 15-Dec. 7, 2022.

Virtual interviews begin in August and start dates for the Enrollment Representatives will range from early September through November. Humana is looking for goal-oriented, reliable professionals with customer service experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
