JM Search Welcomes New Partners & Principals Amid Another Year of Rapid Growth

New executive search experts join JM Search to support the firm’s continued commitment to partner-led recruiting

The firm welcomes Michael Banks, Dan Kielar, Wes Miller, and Jeff Moulton who combined bring more than 80 years in the executive recruiting industry to JM Search.

This announcement follows a period of continued rapid growth for the firm, which experienced a 139% increase in YoY growth in the first quarter of 2022 following 73% YoY growth in 2021. The new hires will be instrumental in supporting JM Search’s commitment to partner-led recruiting, ensuring at least one Partner or Principal leads and actively recruits on every search to ensure superior results for clients.

Michael Banks joins as Partner in the firm’s dedicated CFO/Financial Executives practice. JM Search experienced a 104% YoY increase in completed search work for financial leaders with 84% of those being placed in private equity-backed businesses. Banks brings two decades of expertise in leadership assessment and recruitment of all senior level positions within the financial function.

Dan Kielar, Partner, and Jeff Moulton, Principal, join to support the firm’s technology sector. Kielar has decades of experience helping companies achieve commercial success and has worked with middle-market PE-backed companies to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and improvement initiatives to accelerate revenue growth in high-tech, manufacturing, and business services markets. Moulton brings more than 25 years of brand and marketing executive leadership experience across multiple industries and sectors. Both Kielar and Moulton will be instrumental in supporting recruiting for Go-to-Market & Commercial executives.

Wes Miller joins as Principal to support the firm’s business services sector. Miller will specialize in executive search engagements for construction, engineering, facilities management, and service-oriented organizations and brings over 17 years of national executive search experience to his role. Last year over 80% of JM Search’s clients from the business services sector were repeat clients. The firm also experienced a 100% increase in YoY searches completed for private equity-backed businesses within this sector.
