Pioneer Landscape Centers Opens New Store in Northern Colorado

Greeley Location Serves Commercial, Industrial and Residential Customers in Weld and Larimer Counties

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pioneer Landscape Centers, a regional firm with 34 retail outlets in the western U.S., today announced it has built and opened a new store in Greeley to meet growing customer demand for hardscape and landscape materials in Northern Colorado from commercial, industrial and residential consumers amid efforts and requirements to reduce water consumption.

Like the company’s other locations, the new Greeley store features a variety of materials available for purchase in bulk, including rock, mulch, soil, sand, and aggregate. Pioneer also offers a line of artificial turf for parks, playgrounds, golf courses, front and back yards and other projects designed to conserve water.

“Demand for our products in Northern Colorado has been strong in recent years and continues to grow at a rapid rate due primarily to new commercial, industrial and residential construction,” said Craig Mauk, Pioneer’s vice president of sales. “Another important driving factor for growth in northern Colorado, in light of current drought conditions in the state and historically low water levels at reservoirs in the West, is an increasing focus on reducing water use and dependency."

The new Greeley store is conveniently located at 450 East 16th Street, just east of Highway 85, and adds to Pioneer’s presence in northern Colorado including stores in Berthoud, Fort Collins, Longmont, and Windsor.

“We’re committed to the people and communities in northern Colorado and will continue to actively look at additional expansion opportunities within the state, and in Arizona and other western U.S. markets,” Mauk added. “Pioneer has always been dedicated to making the purchase and delivery of our products fast, easy, and reliable. We continue to invest significant capital and resources to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.”
