Phoenix Holdings Publishes First Group ESG Report

TEL AVIV, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Phoenix Holdings Ltd., a leading Israel-based diversified financials group (TASE: PHOE) (the “Phoenix” or the “Company”), on Sunday published its first group ESG report. The report shares the Phoenix’s approach and activities across environmental, social, economic and corporate governance issues. In drafting the report, the Phoenix mapped six substantive areas for planning and focusing its corporate responsibility efforts: innovation and digitization, ethics and compliance, transparency, employee development, responsible investments, and climate change.

The report covers Phoenix Holdings’ activities in Israel and internationally, meets the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, and highlights the group's activities in 2021 in the context of corporate responsibility.

The Phoenix group’s corporate responsibility activities are managed at three levels: the organizational footprint, products and services, and investments. The report reviews and group's activities at each of these levels as part of its multi-year workplan to promote these issues.
