SpartanNash Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpartanNash Company (Nasdaq: SPTN) ("SpartanNash" or the "Company") today announced that on May 25, 2022, its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2022. As of May 26, 2022, there were 36,126,354 common shares outstanding.
