Audax Private Debt Provides Financing to Support Gemspring Capital’s Investment in GoldenSource

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Audax Private Debt announced that, as Administrative Agent and Sole Lead Arranger, it provided a unitranche credit facility to support Gemspring Capital’s (“Gemspring”) acquisition of GoldenSource Corp. (the “Company”), a provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to financial services companies worldwide.
