(OTC PINK: NASO), a health and wellness brand that offers high-quality personal care products, including soap, hair, face and skin care products, announced today that the Company’s name will be changed from The GNS Group, Inc. to Naples Soap Company, Inc. In addition, the Company’s stock ticker symbol has changed from “GNSG” to “NASO” effective at the open of market trading on May 23, 2022. Company shares will trade on the Pink Market and the CUSIP number will remain the same. No action is required by Naples Soap Company, Inc shareholders with respect to this change.
