AM Best to Host Briefing on Florida’s Troubled Property Insurance Market

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will host an analytical briefing on Florida’s troubled property insurance market on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 2 p.m. (EDT). AM Best’s Sridhar Manyem and Chris Draghi will join two industry experts to discuss the challenging dynamics within the Florida property insurance market. The panel discussion will also include a review of the upcoming Atlantic Hurricane forecast, and other top risks to the Florida insurance market, including roofing-related fraud, reform efforts and the prospects for the future.
