Zelis Announces Linda Zukauckas, Nielsen Chief Financial Officer, to its Board of Directors

Industry executive with Fortune 100 experience will add world-class financial and data expertise to drive the organization’s next chapter of growth.

BEDMINSTER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zelis, a leading healthcare payments company, announced today the appointment of Linda Zukauckas, to its Board of Directors. Linda is the Chief Financial Officer at Nielsen, leading the company’s financial strategy globally, and has previously served on the Board of Directors for public and private companies including MTS Systems Corporation and American Express Global Business Travel.

Prior to her current role at Nielsen, Linda spent 20 years in executive finance roles at two leading financial services companies. She was EVP & Deputy CFO at American Express and Chief Financial Officer for Ally Financial’s (formerly GMAC Inc.) largest business segment, North America Auto Finance. Before this, she spent more than a decade at PwC in its banking practice, followed by several years with Deutsche Bank, where she served as Chief Auditor, Global Investment Bank.
