VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EverGen Infrastructure Corp. (“EverGen'' or the “Company”) (TSXV: EVGN) (OTCQB: EVGIF), today announced plans to release its 2021 fourth quarter and year end financial results on Thursday, April 21, 2022, after market close.
