Zenni Announces New Exclusive Resort Collection with Eyewear Icon Iris Apfel

The vacation-ready Iris Apfel x Zenni Resort Collection launches today, the fifth collaborative collection in Zenni’s multi-year partnership with Apfel

NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zenni, the online eyewear retail leader, today announced its fifth exclusive collection with legendary style icon and eyewear aficionado, Iris Apfel. Just in time for warmer weather adventures, the new Iris Apfel x Zenni Resort Collection features new head-turning frame styles in vibrant hues.

Whether gearing up for a trip to the beach, an outdoor brunch, or catching some rays right at home, this new eyewear collection can be styled for any spring or summer look. The Iris Apfel x Zenni Resort Collection, inspired by warm weather destinations, will boast an electric mix of new styles and colorful remixes of fan favorites — all made from Zenni’s highest quality, hand-polished acetate.

The exclusive collection features three new frame styles to pair with vacation-ready looks, and fresh, ready-for-summer colorways for other popular Iris Apfel x Zenni styles. The collection includes:

  • Miami Nice: a timeless square frame available in seafoam, fuchsia or black
  • Beachy Keen: an oversized round frame available in sandbar or mermaid
  • Making Waves: a retro-inspired cat-eye frame available in creamsicle, Serengeti or mosaic
  • Good to be Square: now available in seafoam, mermaid and amethyst
  • The Iris Apfel: now available in tiger’s eye and sandbar
  • What’s New Pussycat: now available in amethyst and fuchsia

With a starting price point of $39.95, these premium, hand-polished acetate frames are both accessible and collectible to suit any mood or look. All Iris Apfel X Zenni Resort Collection frames are available as glasses or sunglasses in Zenni’s full array of customizable lens tints and mirrors.

“We are fortunate to work so closely with Iris on all our designs and overjoyed to share this Resort collection with her global fanbase,” said Michelle Ticknor, head of lifestyle partnerships at Zenni. “Iris brings her boundless creativity and joie de vivre to every design decision in our exclusive collaboration.”

To capture the Iris Apfel X Zenni Resort Collection, Zenni partnered with celebrated lifestyle photographer Ben Watts on location in South Beach, Fla. These images complement the original Iris Apfel x Zenni Zentennial campaign launched last year, which was shot by celebrated fashion photographer Ruven Afanado with Iris at her home in Palm Beach, Fla.
