Statement on Behalf of Candido Viyella Regarding Litigation Against Morgan Stanley

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Following the motion by Morgan Stanley this week seeking to move Candido Viyella’s defamation lawsuit against the firm into arbitration, his spokesperson, Davidson Goldin, issued the following statement:

“This matter is not subject to arbitration and so we will vigorously oppose any effort to hide the case in a proceeding away from the public view. This matter should be decided by a jury given the facts involved here.”
