Inszone Insurance Services Continues Expansion into Colorado with the Acquisition of Insurance Matters, Inc.

Agency Becomes the second acquisition for Inszone in Colorado.

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Insurance Matters, Inc.

Insurance Matters, Inc. was founded by Steve Lohrig in 2003. Steve began his career in the insurance industry in September of 1981 with Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. He then went on to obtain his Chartered Life Underwater (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. Steve also worked several years with Benefit Resources, Inc., before branching off and starting his own business. Insurance Matters, Inc. has been an all-in-one insurance agency whose primary focus has been to help their clients protect their assets so they could focus on what matters most… family.

Insurance Matters, Inc. employees will be working out of our current Colorado Springs office and continue to service customers under the Inszone Insurance brand.
