HDI Global USA Appoints Will Trumbull as Head of Sales and Distribution

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HDI Global Insurance Company (HDI Global USA) has announced the appointment of Will Trumbull in the newly created role of head of sales and distribution. Will’s responsibilities will encompass sales team leadership, accelerating HDI’s revenue in the commercial insurance risks within their appetite, development of new channels and geographies, and contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies. He will report to Jens Heckerott, Chief Underwriting Officer, HDI Global USA.

Bringing more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience across both commercial insurance and government and industry affairs, Trumbull joins HDI from Zurich North America, recently serving as Senior Marketing Manager, where he led marketing teams focused on developing balanced and profitable portfolios across standard P&C and specialty lines. He is a graduate of Denison University and holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
