DefenseStorm Named a Winner of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Metro Atlanta Top Workplaces of 2022 Award

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DefenseStorm, a leading cloud-based cybersecurity, cyberfraud and cybercompliance management provider to regional and community banks and credit unions, has been named a Top Workplace 2022 by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution designation is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by an employee engagement technology partner. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection, to name a few.

“At DefenseStorm, we are committed to creating a community of trust so that we can grow and thrive together. It all starts with our employees as the foundation,” said Steve Soukup, CEO of DefenseStorm. “This is who we are when DefenseStorm is at its best. We are far from perfect, but when we make sure every employee has a chance to contribute and be heard, that is DefenseStorm at our best. Everyone here brings diverse perspectives, experiences and skillsets to DefenseStorm. This dynamic enables us to provide innovative solutions that help bank and credit union customers thwart cyberattacks and cyber threats. As CEO, I could not be prouder to work side-by-side with such an engaged team of professionals.”

The AJC’s Top Workplaces received more than 3,000 submissions for 175 spots on the list. Based on an analysis of surveys responses, the top 175 workplaces are composed of 22 large organizations with 500 or more employees, 66 midsize organizations with 150-499 employees and 87 small organizations with 149 or fewer employees. DefenseStorm ranked 67 on the list of Top Small Workplaces.
